2019 Oyster Easter
Join in the fun for the 57th annual Oyster Easter Saturday, April 20 from 1-5 p.m. at the fabulous Green Door Gourmet. Nestled along the Cumberland River just minutes from downtown, Green Door Gourmet is a lush setting for the wildest of the spring parties with ample outdoor space, a beautiful and spacious Grand Barn and lots of free parking.
Expect the traditional Oyster Easter flourishes of abundant beer by Blackstone Brewing, wine by Prophecy Wines and spirits from Pickers Vodka, bloody mary bar provided by Walker Feed Co., cigars by Principle Cigars and a Cajun feast by Puckett’s Boat House with Jambalaya, Dirty Rice, Mac and Cheese, Fish Tacos and all the oysters you can eat (raw or fried). Plus get ready for lively contests and special awards including Best Dressed and Hula Hooper of the Year.
Follow the fun as prominent Nashvillians running to be the next Oyster King and Oyster Queen with inventive and entertaining ways to raise money for charity.
Oyster Easter benefits the Community Resource Center, which serves more than 300,000 people in need each year with new basic household necessities.
Early bird tickets are $65 and are on sale until March 29. Tickets after that are $75 before the event or $90 at the door.
